Everybody, Look Up!

We are in the middle of a pandemic!

But social distancing will not resolve this.

This virus thrives in Isolation and Fear.

We have so much of that

Here and Now – a petri dish of disconnection.

These new

Strains are spreading like wildfire.

Like wildfire, maybe destruction can create space for new growth?

But has that ever really worked?

For a time. Until it finds another place in space-time to take root and infect

Again.

This virus: Dehumanization.

The precursor to Hate and Violence –

No, it cannot be managed with social distancing.

There, it will infect ever faster and wide, preying on humanity’s flaws.

Dehumanization. Hate. Violence.

We have them for a reason, sure: Survival.

But as with any Survival Strategy: used too often and too long,

It will kill you.

This virus can be eradicated with Connection.

The divine in me honors the divine in you.

Immunized with Curiosity and Non-Judgment. Compassion. Love.

(But no Pharma companies would make a dime.)

Because each of us has the antidote within us already.

An infinite well! We can Give and Take a daily dose of Curiosity!

What do you value? What are you afraid of? Who do you hope to protect?

And boosters of Non-Judgement!

Times are hard. I have felt afraid, too.

Let’s open up the community clinics and mobile vans of Compassion.

Let’s put a badge on our social media profiles to proudly show that

   “I have spread Kindness today.”

We Can do it – we have done it before.

Yes, We Can Re-Humanize!

Yes, We Can Make America Human Again.
